Lean Practitioner Level Two Introduction

Level 2 – Lean Practitioner

George Bernard Shaw said, "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

Change at any level requires a major paradigm shift before anyone can accept the need to do something differently. The important question is: “What brings a person to the realization that something must change now?” In the Level 2 - Lean Practitioner module of the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” program we help you find the answer to this question. Lean Certification Online provides structured guidance, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the current challenges that exist within your organization.

What does a business need to do to improve their organization, impact their bottom line, and increase value for their customers? Where, and how, does a business start to do these things?

In a world where time equals money, we were successful in cutting the cost of training by shortening the learning curve. How did we do this? Long before we developed the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” model we recognized there was a need to identify the most essential Lean tools and techniques that were capable of delivering the “best bang for the buck” in the shortest amount of time. Every organization is searching for this critical information.

In developing the Level 2 – Lean Practitioner Program, we filtered through literally hundreds of the Lean tools and techniques available today. We have done the work upfront for you by compiling the most fundamental and essential Lean tools and techniques that bring about the quickest, most valuable results.

We researched different types of Lean projects completed throughout a several year time span, and we also drew upon thousands of hours of consulting experience. We found that the most effective Lean projects had one thing in common. In over 90% of these Lean projects, the most successful organizations had initially only implemented ten of the available Lean tools and techniques to take their organizations to the next level and beyond. In Lean Awareness, we demonstrated these ten critical Lean tools and techniques. Our Lean Practitioner training module will use a step by step approach to help you fully understand these ten key concepts, as well as their application into an organization using the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” model.

Our Level 2 - Lean Practitioner module is a standalone training tool that delivers results. However, after completion of the Lean Practitioner module, you have the option to choose to continue to build upon your increased understanding of the application of Lean principles with the Level 3 - Lean Expert Program. In the Lean Expert Program you will be taught how to effectively implement and integrate the most successful, world class techniques available from the Lean toolbox into an organization’s business model.
