We offer two types of training to meet the needs of our clients:
- Self-paced online lean training courses
- Live virtual online classes
The combination of these two categories of learning programs has developed into what is called “Blended Learning.” This is the best option for adults who want to improve their knowledge about Lean Principles. They learn at their own pace, in their own environment, when it’s convenient.
The self-paced online training modules are available 24/7. This allows the learner to learn at their own pace and in their own home or workplace. Our online virtual classes are scheduled at regular times during each month. These are live classes where the facilitator is interacting with a live audience of learners via phone or internet. Each learner benefits from these live sessions because they can hear or read the questions from participants and share in experience gained by the answers given by the facilitator.
