By submitting payment to Radical Transformation LLC through the “Lean Certification Online” website ("LCO") to purchase and access any online training courses or programs, you, (the Customer), acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to this cancellation, refund and transfer policy (the "Policy").
Refunds: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for online training or certification courses purchased through the LCO website. According to this policy, all payments for online training courses are final.
Transfer: If you purchase but decide not to participate in an online training program, you may request to transfer your access rights to another person to participate in the program in your place. A transfer is allowed only one time for each online training course during the 12 month access period. No transfers are permitted if:
a) You have accessed the online course and downloaded LCO training materials.
b) You have completed the first training module of the online course or program and submitted final answers for the course quiz or exam.
Transfer Deadline: All transfer requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date of the online training course(s)
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER WITHIN THE TIMELINE STATED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FUNDS PAID TO RADICAL TRANSFORMATION LLC FOR THE ONLINE TRAINING COURSE.

LCO’s Right to Cancel, Remove or Change
LCO reserves the right to cancel, remove or change the content of any online training course at any time. In the event that LCO cancels or removes an online training course, a full refund of the amount paid for the online training course will be issued to the purchaser or applied as a credit toward another LCO online training course. LCO cannot and does not assume responsibility for any other costs or damages (including consequential, exemplary, incidental, or tort damages) or for any lost profits resulting from LCO canceling, removing or changing online training course content.
