Level 2 – Lean Practitioner
Course Description:
This course includes four online modules and the exam for Level 2 – Lean Practitioner. The training is based on the 10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise program. It identifies the basic requirements to start any organization on their journey towards becoming a Lean Enterprise. It is a narrated presentation using text, images and animations to improve the transfer of knowledge and increase retention.
Training Goal:
We developed this online course so participants learn to identify the basic requirements for the application of lean principles into the workplace. The training goal is to give the individual the basic skills to facilitate a team through an improvement process. Level 2 – Lean Practioner is the foundation course for the Level 3 – Lean Expert.
Who should register: We designed this online course for Employees, Supervisors, Managers, and Executives with little to no knowledge of the application of lean principles.
